Questions we get asked
What does it cost?
It depends on how many windows you've got and whether you want the insides done as well, so we quote each house rather than posting one price. The quote is free and we agree it before we start. Customers regularly tell us we came in under the other quotes they got.
Do I need to be home?
Not if it's outside-only — we'll take care of it and let you know when we're finished. If you want the insides cleaned too, we'll need somebody there to let us in.
How long does it take?
An ordinary house is usually a couple of hours. A bigger place, or one with a lot of second-story glass, takes longer — we'll tell you roughly when we quote so you can plan your day.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Walk around with us at the end and point at it. If we missed a pane or left a mark, we'll do it again there and then. We'd much rather fix it while we're standing there than hear about it later.
Do you do businesses as well as houses?
Yes — storefronts, offices and the tall arched glass on older buildings. We can come before you open or after you close so we're not in the way of your customers. More about that here.
How far out do you go?
We're based in Ponca City and most of our work is in town or just outside it. If you're further out, call and ask — we'll give you a straight answer rather than waste your time.
