We started S&L because window cleaning is honest work where you can stand back at the end and see exactly what you did. There's no talking anybody into anything — the glass is either clean or it isn't.
We're local, so word gets around fast if we do a bad job. That's a decent incentive, and it's most of the reason we walk the house with you before we take any money.
